REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At BANG BANG EG, every piece is an original limited-edition collectible artwork created by Mohamed Saad Eid Saad Hanour. Each edition is produced in strictly limited quantities, and every confirmed order reserves a unique piece from the collection.

For this reason, our cancellation and refund policy differs from that of mass-produced products.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed, provided production or order processing has not yet begun.

After the initial 4-hour cancellation window, the order becomes final and binding. Once a piece has been reserved for you, it is removed from availability for other collectors. Therefore, cancellations requested after this period cannot be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Return requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date only if the artwork:

  • remains completely unused;
  • has not been assembled, displayed, or handled beyond careful inspection;
  • is returned in its original packaging;
  • includes all accessories, inserts, certificates, and protective materials;
  • is in exactly the same condition in which it was delivered.

Because every artwork is part of a strictly limited edition, returns are evaluated individually.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Limited Edition pieces showing any sign of use.
  • Items that have been opened beyond normal inspection.
  • Damaged, scratched, altered, painted, modified, repaired, or customized pieces.
  • Items returned without prior written approval.
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day return period.
  • Collector Boxes, premium packaging, gift packaging, or optional add-ons.
  • Digital products or downloadable content.
  • Orders cancelled after the 4-hour cancellation period.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Items must be returned using a fully insured and trackable shipping service.

BANG BANG EG is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.

INSPECTION

Every returned artwork undergoes a detailed inspection.

If the artwork does not meet all return conditions, the return will be declined and the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

PROCESSING FEE

Approved refunds are subject to a 3% administrative and payment processing fee, deducted from the original order value.

REFUND PROCESS

After receiving and inspecting the returned artwork:

  • inspection is completed within 5 business days;
  • if approved, the refund is processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

DAMAGED DELIVERY

If your artwork arrives damaged during delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the shipping box;
  • photographs of the damaged artwork.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To begin a return request, contact us by email within the 14-day return period.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Do not return any artwork without written authorization from BANG BANG EG.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

FINAL STATEMENT

BANG BANG EG reserves the right to refuse any cancellation, return, refund, or exchange request that does not fully comply with this policy.

Every purchase confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing the order.
