REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At BANG BANG EG, every piece is an original limited-edition collectible artwork created by Mohamed Saad Eid Saad Hanour. Each edition is produced in strictly limited quantities, and every confirmed order reserves a unique, individually numbered piece from the collection.
For this reason, our cancellation and refund policy differs from that of mass-produced products.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed. If you confirm your order within this 4-hour window, your specific numbered piece is officially registered under your name and reserved exclusively for you — it is removed from availability for all other collectors.
After this 4-hour window has passed, the order becomes final and binding. Once a piece has been registered to you, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
BANG BANG EG accepts returns only in the case of verified damage, manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors.
To be eligible for a return under these circumstances, the following condition is mandatory:
You must film a complete, continuous unboxing video starting from before the sealed shipping box is opened. The recording must begin while the box is still closed and fully sealed, and must show the entire unboxing process without cuts or interruptions.
Videos that begin after the box has already been opened, or that show the box being reopened or reclosed for the purpose of filming, will not be accepted as valid evidence under any circumstances.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Any claim not supported by a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video starting before the box was opened
- Limited Edition pieces showing any sign of use
- Items that have been opened, assembled, displayed, or handled beyond the unboxing itself
- Damaged, scratched, altered, painted, modified, repaired, or customized pieces (unless the damage is verified as having occurred in transit)
- Items returned without prior written approval
- Collector Boxes, premium packaging, gift packaging, or optional add-ons
- Orders cancelled after the 4-hour cancellation period
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.
Items must be returned using a fully insured and trackable shipping service.
BANG BANG EG is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
INSPECTION
Every returned artwork undergoes a detailed inspection, including full review of the required unboxing video.
If the artwork or the accompanying video does not meet all return conditions, the return will be declined and the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
PROCESSING FEE
Approved refunds are subject to a 3% administrative and payment processing fee, deducted from the original order value.
REFUND PROCESS
After receiving and inspecting the returned artwork and verifying the unboxing video:
- Inspection is completed within 5 business days
- If approved, the refund is processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method
DAMAGED DELIVERY
If your artwork arrives damaged during delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your complete, uninterrupted unboxing video starting from before the box was opened
- Photographs of the shipping box
- Photographs of the damaged artwork
Each case will be reviewed individually.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To begin a return request, contact us by email. Please include:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Reason for Return
- Your unboxing video
- Photos (if applicable)
Do not return any artwork without written authorization from BANG BANG EG. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
FINAL STATEMENT
BANG BANG EG reserves the right to refuse any cancellation, return, refund, or exchange request that does not fully comply with this policy.
Every purchase confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing the order.
