Shipping policy

At BANG BANG EG, delivery is an extension of the artwork itself. Every collectible deserves the same level of care, precision, and respect from our studio to its final destination.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — EGYPT
Shipping within Egypt is complimentary on all orders. Every piece is delivered privately and directly, with full discretion. No third-party involvement, no standard courier tracking numbers — just a direct line between your order and your door.

Once your order is placed and production is confirmed, a member of our team will personally reach out to coordinate the exact delivery date that works for you. Standard delivery takes between 7 and 10 days from the date of order confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally on a per-shipment basis. Once your order is confirmed, our team will reach out within 7–8 days to finalize the shipping method together and confirm the exact cost for your destination, based on the country, dimensional weight of the piece, and required insurance coverage. This cost is paid directly by you, the customer.

Total delivery time for international orders is 20–25 days from order confirmation.

PACKAGING
Every BANG BANG EG piece is packaged to protect it in transit and to honor the object inside. Standard packaging consists of:
- Bubble wrap sheeting
- High-density foam padding
- Inner protective bag
- Outer reinforced cardboard box

COLLECTOR BOX UPGRADE
For collectors who want the full unboxing experience, we offer a premium Collector Box — a purpose-built, branded outer box designed to be kept alongside the piece itself. The Collector Box is available as an optional add-on at EGP 1,300.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
You will be contacted directly by our team during the preparation phase to confirm your delivery date and any final details. We do not ship without prior coordination.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged, contact us at www@bangbangeg.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the piece. Filming your unboxing is not required, but doing so helps us assess and resolve any issue faster. We will review each case and determine the appropriate course of action individually.
