1. ABOUT BANG BANG EG
BANG BANG EG is an independent art brand founded and owned by Mohamed Saad Eid Saad Hanour, specializing in original Limited Edition collectible artworks, designer art toys, sculptures, and creative visual experiences.
Each collectible is created as an original artistic work and is intended for collectors, interior spaces, and art enthusiasts.
2. LIMITED EDITION COLLECTIBLES
All products are released in strictly limited quantities.
Once a collectible is sold out, it may never be reproduced in the same edition, colorway, numbering, packaging, or certification unless officially announced by BANG BANG EG.
Availability is always limited and cannot be guaranteed.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Every effort is made to display products accurately.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
• Handmade finishing
• Lighting conditions
• Photography
• Screen calibration
Minor artistic variations are considered part of the originality of each artwork and are not considered defects.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
BANG BANG EG reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or violation of these Terms.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may only be cancelled within 4 hours after payment confirmation.
After this period, production planning, inventory allocation, packaging, and fulfillment processes may already have begun.
Once the cancellation window has expired, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and shipping conditions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
BANG BANG EG is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our official Refund Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Refund Policy.

All prices displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotions, special releases, or future pricing adjustments do not apply retroactively to previous purchases.

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product involved.
